I think i'm on a rollercoaster I loose then gain the same for Darren. I realy need to find time to do more exercise, even though we have gotten more snow

which means more snowblowing, but that makes me tired so I don't exercise and I should. Darren has also not been exerciseing, he needs to find time

also. I don't know how people loose weight and keep it off with how hecktic our lifes are. Hope everyone is doing well, have a great week.
