well this week has been better than i thought, lots of snow here so i have had to snowblow the yard  3 times this week.

Yesterday i was snowblowing and my 4yr old let the dog out so i had to chase her around the block for 15 min before

I cougt her, so i have got alot of extra exersise this week and it has paid off the 8lbs i gained last week, well I have

lost 7 off it this week. I'm so happy  Darren is sick this week so I don't know how he will do, hopefully he will feel better

soon s he can get back on track. hope every one has a great day and thanks for all of the good ideas.
