bad week we both gained a pound. I'm finding it very hard to not eat this week. I hope this week will be

better, i'm going to try very hard to not eat. I know that we can do this we just need to try harder.

I realy need to use the treadmill as much as possible this week,I realy have no reason not to it's in the livingroom.

Just have to keep the little one busy so I can. Hope everyone has a good week.
