April 27 still tryingI'm still trying to loose weight it is so hard with so much going on in my life but I realy need to
do this for myself so I can be here to take care of my youngest son who was diagnosed with
mental retardation. Even though there is a lot going on I'm going to continue to work hard.

to thoes who have made it andare trying to keep it off. March 19 hiwell I don't know about everyone else but I am up and down with my weight and my husband stays the same, I have lost 4 lbs
this week. I am doing good though I have not overeaten at all this week. Warm wether will be here soon so I plan on getting out as much as I
can. My blood sugars have been way out of controle they were 350-400 last week, thisweek I've been doing much better, they
have been 119-197 some are still a little high but they are better.Hope everyone is doing great. March 11 not dooing very goodI have gained 10 lbs my blood sugars are way up 352 this morning and I'm feeling tired and have no energy so I'm trying
to get my sugars under controle I hope that will help me feel better and have more energy. Darren is still the same and
turned 40 today, happy b-day honey. Have a good week all. February 28 ups and downsI think i'm on a rollercoaster I loose then gain the same for Darren. I realy need to find time to do more exercise, even though we have gotten more snow
which means more snowblowing, but that makes me tired so I don't exercise and I should. Darren has also not been exerciseing, he needs to find time
also. I don't know how people loose weight and keep it off with how hecktic our lifes are. Hope everyone is doing well, have a great week. February 19 not doing goodI don't know how everyone does it I am struggling with my weight so much, I do good then some how I fall off track
so easy. I have been feeling so tired and have no energy to exersize even though I know I should be doing it. I
have been eating everything in sight, I am finding it so hard to eat right and exersise like I should. I know that I
need to loose weight and I realy want to, so I don't know why I can't, I guess that I'll just have to keep trying.
Hope that everyone is haveing a great week, good luck to all. February 13 good weekwell we have got plenty of exersise this week snow and more snow, so plenty of shoveling and snowblowing.
we take turns i do it when he is at work and he doese it when he comes home. I stayed the same this week s did darren
but with all of this extra exersise hopefully it will show next week. The suggestion to cut down on diet soda has worked
for me, so thanks for the idea, I work at a fast food resterant so i was drinking alot of diet coke now i drink water or
flavered water, it sems to be helping at work. I have had a few slipups this weel but didn't let it get me down I just keep
on trying that is all i can do. February 08 good weekwell this week has been better than i thought, lots of snow here so i have had to snowblow the yard 3 times this week.
Yesterday i was snowblowing and my 4yr old let the dog out so i had to chase her around the block for 15 min before
I cougt her, so i have got alot of extra exersise this week and it has paid off the 8lbs i gained last week, well I have
lost 7 off it this week. I'm so happy
soon s he can get back on track. hope every one has a great day and thanks for all of the good ideas. February 04 sadI had a realy bad week thats what I get for eating out so much. I gained 8lbs this week
Atleast Darren is still down his 2lbs, he hasen't gaind and thats great. I tink that both of us could do much better, I'm just so addicted to food. I turn to food when
I'm stressed,board and have nothing else to do. If no one is home they don't know how much I eat, so I think it's ok then I allways feel guilty. So I realy need
some good ideas to helmp me. Hope everyone has a great week. January 31 weightI have lost 5lbs and my husband has lost 2lbs. I'm sick right now so it is hard to exersise, but i'm trying. Hope every one has a good week. bad weekbad week we both gained a pound. I'm finding it very hard to not eat this week. I hope this week will be
better, i'm going to try very hard to not eat. I know that we can do this we just need to try harder.
I realy need to use the treadmill as much as possible this week,I realy have no reason not to it's in the livingroom.
Just have to keep the little one busy so I can. Hope everyone has a good week. January 23 weightdarren has lost another 1lb.He's not trying as hard as he could be, but maybe I can get him to use the treadmill.
I'm trying to be good but it is very hard I have to keep telling my self that i'm not hungry. I have been drinking
lots of water and eating sugar free hard candy. January 22 weightyeterday i got to use the treadmill for10 minutes so ipower walked. I also cheated a little I hade a hole veg italian with mayo and some chips
Today will be better I got 15 minutes on the tredmill today and we danced around the house what a workout with my 4 year old.
January 20 weightI have lost 5lbs and my husband has lost1lb. I'm trying very hard to be good, but it is hard. I have been reading insted of eating and making
sure that i'm drinking lots of water. I have found it hard to exersise, but have been doing all i can, i park further away at the store and i try to
walk around the store a few times to get some exersise. I've also been playing more with the little one to keep my mind off of eating, i
have also been talking to my mother at night on the computer to keep busy, and i am taking the dog out more often to walk around the yard.
I guesse every little bit helps. January 17 exersiseI got to use the tread mill and my arm weights this morning. I am trying to kee myself busy by doing house work, so that I
won't eat because I realy want to just eat, I think I'm hungry all of the time, but so far so good at keeping busy weighti'm going to use the tredmill this morning, as long as my little one will allow. I'm hopping that sighning up for this challange will give me the motivation I need to stick with
exercise and eating right, even if we on't get picked to go to the biggest looser, Ihopethat just haveing a chance is the motivation we need to do this together.
I love watching the biggest looser, I'm always saying I can do this, but I give up to easly. I don't give myself enough credit, I also
need to remember that my husband is here to help not critisise me. I think that by doing this together will make it easer.
I think what i'm going to do diferent this tim is I have a good attitude, that with help w can do this. January 16 biggest loosermy husband and i both need to loose weight for our health and to keep up with our boys. I want to be around to see them grow up and have familys of there oun.
I think that my husband will be a great help to me. We will have to take turns exercising, we realy have no excuse for not
exercising, because we have a treadmill in the livingroom.I hope that he will encourage me as I will him.I weigh 240 right now my first goal is to lose 40lbs then
go from there, I would like to do this by may.My husband weight is 222, he would like to loose 40lbs.
